Do I need to have gym equipment?

No, you don't need any gym equipment. We bring all the equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, loop bands, boxing equipment, and much more!

I have had past injuries, will those be taken into account?

Absolutely. We develop programs structured to each individuals injury history, exercise preferences, medical conditions, and goals.

Are your personal trainers certified, licensed, and insured?

Yes. We make sure that our trainers are properly certified, licensed, and insured to give you a high quality and safe workout.

What are your prices/rates?

Our rates are monthly recurring fees based on how many sessions you have per week. 3x a week is $1080/month ($90/session), 2x a week is $760/month ($95/session), and 1x a week is $400/month ($100/session).

Do you train on weekends?

Yes, depending on trainer availability.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are one hour.

How far do you travel?

We travel to Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Ashburn, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Falls Church, Great Falls, Herndon, Leesburg, McLean, Oakton, Reston, Springfield, Tysons Corner, and Vienna 

What forms of payment to you accept?

We accept credit/debits card only.

What happens if I go on vacation?

We will pro rate your monthly fee to the appropriate amount, just let us know at least one month in advance.
